Synopsis:
Randou Rino was transfered to Miyagami High School upon invitation by her penpal, Mr. Poppit. To her horrors, her new apartment where she was supposed to live in was burned down and she has ran low in cash. Left with little choice, her classmate tried to help her to get into the Student Council to get the privelages from it and she became the Secretary of the council; all in one day. Randou Rino was soon to find that this is no ordinary Student Council.
