Synopsis:
Ooguro Mikiko (Kuromi) has just graduated, and is starting as an the head of production management for Studio Petit, an anime company that produces “Time Journeys.” Her predecessor was mainly focussing on not dying before she got there, and leaves almost immediately after she arrives. Not know what exactly she’s supposed to be doing, and with a show that is really far behind schedule, she has to deal with a motley crew of animators to get the show finished. All of the employees have their odd quirks, and she must motivate them individually just to finish the episode, all the while debating whether or not she’s actually capable of doing the job. It shows an enlightening behind-the-scenes look at how anime is made, and the amount of work that really goes into them.
