Synopsis:
"Windy Tales" tells the stories and adventures of three girls, Nao, Miki and Ryoko, all sharing a common fascination with the wind.
It first started when Nao encountered a surreal life-saving experience where she discovered that it is indeed possible to control the wind. As a matter of fact, there exist a whole village of people who controling the wind of Japan. Not only people, there was even a cat who can control the wind!
Each episode, they encounter a whirlwind of different characters, animals, and situations, enthusing about the wind with "gusto".
